Almost every household has at least one aluminum foil in their kitchen cabinets and it’s mostly used for wrapping, cooking, and art and decoration. However, this foil has so many other beneficial uses that have nothing to do with your kitchen. Believe it or not, aluminum foil can be of great aid for specific health problems. Let’s take a look:
First, you need to put several pieces of aluminum foil in the freezer for 2 to 4 hours. Then, apply them onto your face, especially onto the cheeks and eyelashes and hold them for a while. When you remove them, you will immediately feel less tired.
Wrap the painful area in aluminum foil and secure it with a bandage. Leave the compress overnight or during the day, while resting, for an hour or two. Repeat this for 10 to 12 days and then make a pause of 2 weeks. If the pain reappears, do the treatment again until the pain goes away.
First, wash the rinse with cold water and then dry it with a soft cloth. Then, apply a thin layer of ointment for burns and cover it with gauze. Wrap the gauze with aluminum foil and a bandage.
Colds and flu
Wrap your feet with 5 to 7 layers of aluminum foil and leave them for an hour and then remove them. After 2 hours, do the same. Repeat the procedure for seven days or until you feel improvements.
