You need to purchase flax seeds and then ground them in a coffee grinder. You don’t need to ground them into powder, but only a little. Although store-bought ground flax seeds are more practical, whole seeds last longer. Keep the seeds stored in a cold, dark, and dry place, up to one year, not more. Ground flax seeds need to be kept in the fridge.
Put 1 spoon of ground flax seeds and 1/3 glass of boiling water in a vessel and mix the content for few minutes. Then, cover it with a napkin and leave it. In the night, strain the content and use only the gelatin water released by the flax seeds.
