According to a recent study done by Norwegian scientists, people who drank 3 cups of milk daily had a 3 times higher chance of developing breast cancer, unlike those who drank only one or half a cup of milk daily. Latest statistics shows that breast cancer is on the increase in Finland, Sweden, Great Britain, Canada, and America. Experts believe that the rise of cancer patients is due to the fact that these countries are leaders in milk production.
On the other hand, breast cancer rate is lower in countries where milk consumption is not so high. Hence, this is probably because milk contains hormones and other cancer-causing compounds. Also, processed vitamin D supplements are added to milk as well. In comparison to other people, those who suffer from breast cancer consumed twice as much synthetic vitamin D.
However, milk isn’t the only thing that contributes to breast cancer. In fact, there are many other factors like poor diet, low consumption of fish and veggies, excessive consumption of processed sugar and meat, etc. Moreover, wearing a bra is known to increase the chances of breast cancer, especially when the bra is too tight.
According to a research, women who wore a bra for 12 hours had an increased risk of breast cancer by 20 times, unlike those who wore it from time to time or never.
