Thanks to her blog 100 Healthy Days where she noted her day to day progress, the 26-year old teacher Sophie King became a real internet sensation. In a period of 3 months, she was able to reduce her weight from 180 pounds to 120!

How it all started

When she realized that she gained a lot of weight, Sophie made her own weight loss program that helped her lose 60 pounds.

When she was 17, Sophie broke her ankle and stopped exercising. Soon after, she began gaining weight and when she enrolled at university, her health worsened and she even got mononucleosis. This was the key moment when she decided to make a change.
